  • Once an order has been placed, modifications may not always be possible, especially if it is already processed or shipped.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline modification and cancellation requests.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

  • Metro and Tier 1 cities usually experience faster delivery, while remote or rural locations may require additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

5.2 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Giant Versus is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses entered by the customer.

  • Re-shipping such orders may incur additional shipping charges.

5.3 Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because it was unclaimed or refused at delivery:

  • We may reship it at your request, subject to additional shipping fees.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please take clear photos and videos of the outer packaging and the product.

6.2 Lost Shipments
If the courier marks your shipment as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Verify with family members, neighbors, security, or building reception.

  • If still not found, reach out to us. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate.

  • Resolution may involve replacement, refund, or other measures at our discretion.

6.3 Delays Beyond Our Control
Giant Versus is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other force majeure events
