Your order is accepted and confirmed when it is processed and shipped.

In case of any issue (e.g., stock unavailability), we may cancel your order and process a refund if payment has already been made.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be possible only before your order has been processed for dispatch.

2.2 Cancellation by Giant Versus
We may cancel your order, in full or in part, due to:

3. Return & Exchange Eligibility
3.1 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery of your order, unless otherwise specified for certain products.
3.2 Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

Items must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Items must not be stained, damaged, or show signs of wear
3.3 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be eligible for return or exchange:

Innerwear, socks, lingerie, or nightwear (if applicable)

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper washing, or negligence
4. Return & Exchange Process
4.1 Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return/exchange:

Clear images (in case of defects, wrong item, or damage)

4.2 Pickup or Self-Ship
Depending on your location and our logistics arrangements:

We may arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

In some locations, you may be asked to self-ship the item to a specified address.

For self-shipping, retain the courier receipt and share tracking details with us.
4.3 Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned product, it goes through a quality inspection.

If it meets our return criteria, your refund or exchange will be approved.

If it fails inspection (used, washed, damaged), we may reject the return and reship the item back to you.
5. Refund Policy

As store credit / wallet balance (if applicable and chosen by you)
5.2 Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 3–7 business days from the date of inspection completion.

The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5.3 Deductions
In certain scenarios, the refund amount may exclude:

Original shipping charges

COD convenience fees

Reverse pickup charges (if applicable and clearly communicated)
6. Exchange Policy
6.1 Size/Color Exchange

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or color is not available, you may opt for an alternate product or a refund as per our policy.
6.2 Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive:

A defective/damaged product

A wrong product or size (not as per your order)
We will:

Arrange for a replacement (subject to availability), or

Provide a refund if replacement is not possible
In such cases, we may bear the reverse shipping cost, provided the claim is valid and raised within the stipulated time.
7. What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following are not typically considered valid reasons for “defective product”:

Minor color variations due to display/screen settings

Slight differences in fit based on body type

Fabric characteristics such as natural creasing or texture differences
8. Discounts, Coupons & Offers

Products purchased during sale events, discount offers, or using coupons may be subject to special return/exchange conditions mentioned on the offer page.

In some cases, such items may be non-returnable or only eligible for size exchanges.
